Today we are talking about injection molding machine, first of all what is the  injection molding? This is a type of production process that increases the quantity of the product, it is mostly used for mass production, it is possible to make the same kind of product thousands of times or millions of times, without defect in producing the product.

So how does this work, the melted plastic enters the runner from a barrel which is a type of initial mold that also has heaters inside and can also be cooled with water inside the runner, so conventional Looking at the way, there are two types of runners, one is a hot runner and the other is a cold runner which is fitted in the machine according to its users, and the corridors are made inside the runner. In order to close the plastic that has been melted, gates are installed which are made of Hydraulics or Panumatics cylinders.
Plastic molding is a method in which plastic is heated to a low temperature and also cooled in a style of seven, which is mostly in the hot runner.
Talking about the machine, it is made with a lot of joints, mostly using hydraulics (oil), pneumatics (air) and tangled mechanics and using PLC to control all of them.
Recognition for purchase of injection molding machine may also be required to purchase some more accessories like air compressor becomes mandatory to install the pneumatics, as well as accessories like dryer have to be purchased, maintenance cost of injection molding machine is slightly higher. Semi Automatic to Fully Automatic
